It is a regular occurrence for the product to appear congealed or curdled. This is because the mixture has no preservatives, and the natural oils, especially in cold temperatures, crystalise, which is why the product looks white. Before usage, shake the bottle well, or if the product is crystalised, place it in warm water until it becomes golden.

 HOW TO USE IT:

Apply on washed coat and hair (we recommend Fairy Tail shampoo for best results).

Mix with water from 20ml to 40ml. Mix thoroughly. Distribute evenly over damp hair. Run your fingers or a wide-toothed comb across the ends of hair or coat and let the ingredients soak for 15-20 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly.
